The Empowered Mama 8 Week Transformation Session - let's do this ladies!
We want you so begin your transformation well informed - please be sure to join us for your ORIENTATION MEETING on Saturday January 12th at Faith for Living Lorton Station Town Center. We will go over the program, hand out your materials to help you through your transformation journey, meet all other participants franchise wide (we are in this together!), we'll take before and after photos and do our first weigh in! You'll receive a separate confirmation email with time/location details.
Here are a few tips for first time Body Back moms to ensure you are prepared for your classes. Bring plenty of water, a small towel (for your sweat), your exercise band (new members will get one from us!) and a mat if you have one. Be ready to have the best 8 week session of your life!
Meet ups are as follows - LORTON - Meet at Faith For Living church, located below All Pediatrics in Lorton Station Town Center. The entrance is located to the left of the building on the side stairwell. BURKE - meet in Bailey Hall, go through main door and turn left. KINGSTOWNE meet at My Gym Kingstowne (please have indoor workout shoes available - no outdoor shoes permitted!). WOODBRIDGE - meet inside Action Martial Arts (please have indoor workout shoes available - no outdoor shoes permitted!). Check schedule before leaving for class to make sure you have the correct location and time selected. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class - THANK YOU!
You will choose your home transformation location and attend at least two weekly classes at that location, additionally for your flexibility and convenience your price includes unlimited classes franchise wide ~ prior enrollment for drop ins required.
