We are so thrilled you took the leap to commit to 8 weeks of self care! You are signed up for the Kingstowne My Gym evening session.

Here are a few tips for first time Body Back moms to ensure you are prepared for your classes. Bring plenty of water, a small towel (for your sweat), your exercise band (new members will get one from us!) and a mat if you have one. Be ready to have the best 8 week session of your life!

We will kick off the session with an orientation gathering the Saturday before the session begins. We will meet at our Link Family Fitness Studio in Lorton. Plan on a two hour meeting from 3-5pm. There will be no workout on the day. This gathering will allow you to meet the other moms that are on the same health and wellness journey as you. We will go over the agenda and expectations of the next 8 weeks. Be prepared to have a great time soaking up all the goodness from the support around you.

Meet ups are as follows - LORTON - Link Family Fitness Studio at Lorton Station Town Center, BURKE - Inside Abiding Presence Church meet in Bailey Hall, go through main door and turn left. KINGSTOWNE meet at My Gym Kingstowne (PLEASE have indoor workout shoes available - no outdoor shoes permitted!). FAIRFAX STATION - Christ Church meets upstairs inside the first room on right and includes child minding. Check schedule before leaving for class to make sure you have the correct location and time selected. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class - THANK YOU!

You will be with your coach and attend at least two weekly classes at Kingstowne, additionally for your flexibility and convenience your price includes unlimited classes franchise wide during your 8 week transformation ~ prior enrollment for drop ins required.
