FIT4MOM 3 Day/Week Membership $79 every month • 3 visits per Week • FIT4MOM 3 Day/Week monthly recurring membership

  • Access to 3 classes a week at all locations
  • Mix & Match - Choose from Fit4Baby, Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Body Ignite, Body Back*, S360, Adult Yoga & Kids Yoga classes
  • Membership includes swag bag with resistance band
  • One-time $75 registration fee ($50 discount available for military families - ID required & clients joining at their FIRST free trial class)
  • Cancel or place a hold at anytime with 10 days notice
  • Up-gradable to unlimited class FIT4MOM membership at $99 at any time

  • Non Transferable, Non Refundable

    • *Body Back is not suitable for pregnant or newly postpartum mamas. Must be at least 4-6 months postpartum. All other classes are safe during these motherhood stages.

    Prenatal FIT4BABY & Simple Flow Yoga $50 every month • Unlimited visits • Pregnant? First time mom and still working? Then FIT4BABY & Simple Flow Yoga are for you. FIT4BABY is our prenatal total body fitness program to give you strength and conditioning for all the changes your body will endure. And to balance it out you are also able to attend our adult yoga class - Simple Flow. Get those much needed stretches to prepare for childbirth. These classes are child free for mama to be only.

    Maternity Leave Pass - 1 Month Unlimited $89 • Unlimited visits for 1 month •

    FIT4MOM Maternity pass is for new moms during their leave from their full time work. May only be used within six months of delivery.

    It is recommended you get post partum clearance from your physician before resuming exercise.

You may also just use drop in option at $5/hr per child - do the math! The unlimited is a bargain and a half. ;-)
    All children must be registered prior to class and is capped at 10 children in nursery at one time.

    Kids Yoga 5 class pass $55 • 5 visits • Our KAY Kids Yoga passes can be used for any of our kids sessions at our Link Family Fitness studio in Lorton. Pass is interchangeable between siblings. Prior registration is required due to high demand and limited space. Our 5 class pass at $55 is valid for 6 months and unused classes may not be rolled over or transferred & our 10 class pass at $90 is valid for 9 months - same conditions apply.
