Body Well® 8 Week Coaching (60 mins) See All Times

Thank you for enrolling for our 2018 New Year Body Back Transformation session. We are excited to be on this journey of health and wellness with you.
For each class you'll need your food journal, water, small hand towel, your exercise band and a mat for floor work (we have extras!). Arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time
for food journal review and for prompt start of classes. You are enrolled for our Sunday/Wednesday 7:00pm/7:30pm Kingstowne 8 week session automatically! If you wish to take advantage of your unlimited classes
for another time and or location, please go to the calendar to PRE-REGISTER for those classes, this allows us to anticipate your attendance and you'll hold yourself more accountable
to succeed and reach YOUR goals.

To access the Kingstowne classes, please enter the My Gym facility and remain in the front reception area until class begins. It is imperative that you not wear your workout shoes
outside to class. Please keep them clean from dirt and debris and change into them upon your arrival at the gym. We strive to keep their floors clean at all times. Thank you for your
understanding.
